Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your Neujoy Wellness products promptly and in perfect
condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery
practices, timelines, and procedures.


3.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next
working business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with details
and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


3.2 Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata):
    2–4 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days.
  • Remote & Difficult-to-Access Areas: 6–10 business days.

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond
our control, including logistics delays, weather conditions, local disruptions,
or peak-season volumes.

3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your
delivery pincode and order value. We may offer free shipping on orders above
a certain threshold, which will be communicated on the website at the time
of purchase.


3.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email
and/or SMS. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of
placing an order, please contact us at info@neujoy.in.


3.5 Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the provided
address. In case of failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal to accept the package.

The package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will be
borne by the customer. Refunds for returned packages due to the above reasons
will be subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


3.6 Damaged or Tampered Packages


If your order arrives with a visibly damaged, tampered, or open package:

  1. Refuse to accept the delivery, OR
  2. Accept it only after documenting the damage via photographs/video.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neujoy.in with
     supporting photos.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion,
subject to verification.


3.7 Delays & Force Majeure


Neujoy Wellness is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes,
government-imposed restrictions, courier disruptions, or any other force
majeure events. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting
your order.


3.8 International Shipping


Currently, Neujoy Wellness ships within India only. We do not process
international orders at this time. Please check our website periodically
for updates on international availability.
