Refund policy

At Neujoy Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read
this policy carefully to understand your cancellation and refund options.

4.1 Order Cancellation

BEFORE DISPATCH:
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is
    dispatched — whichever comes first — by emailing info@neujoy.in
    with your order ID.
  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within
    5–7 business days.

AFTER DISPATCH:
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may
    initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to Section 4.2.

4.2 Return Eligibility

We ACCEPT returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition.
  • You received an incorrect product (wrong SKU or quantity).
  • The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

We DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences after receiving the product.
  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with by
    the customer.
  • Products not purchased through the official Neujoy Wellness website
    (www.neujoy.in).
  • Dissatisfaction with results — supplement effectiveness varies across
    individuals and is not grounds for a return.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or mishandling after delivery.


4.3 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@neujoy.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID
     and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the defect, damage,
     or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no additional
     cost to you.
  5. Returned items must be in their original sealed packaging (unless
     defective).


4.4 Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will
be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment source (UPI,
    credit/debit card, net banking) within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund processed via bank transfer.
    You will be required to provide your bank account details.

Note: Payment gateway processing times may result in additional delays
outside our control.


4.5 Replacement Option

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you may opt for a
replacement instead of a refund. Replacement shipment will be dispatched
within 2–3 business days of approval, subject to product availability.


4.6 Non-Refundable Amounts

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Any convenience fees or payment gateway surcharges charged at the
    time of purchase.


4.7 Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your
concern by emailing info@neujoy.in with the subject line:
"Escalation — info@neujoy.in"
